My name is Warren Smithers, a former member of the Queensland Police, and upon retirement in 1993, I operated my own Private Inquiry Agency - SSC&S - until 2012 when I had to retire completely due to ill health concerns.
I have known the Principals of Rooks Entertainment (Tipping Service) Dennis and Cheryl O'KEEFE since the early 70's at various localities in North Queensland where they were engaged in the hotel industry (management) including Townsville, and their other businesses - Rooks Entertainment and Horse Tipping/Syndicate Ownership in recent years.

I have been using Rooks Racing tips for about 12 years, I feel they are the best in the tipping business. Numerous times Dok’s and Cheryl’s service has been spot on with plenty of winners at great odds.
Dok’s follow up service is great with all states covered especially the black type races that he sends through every Friday evening with follow up Late Mail and Dok’s Best Five on Saturday mornings after scratching’s.
Many Saturdays we have got out of jail in Perth where they love tipping. They have the best tipping service around at a very reasonable price.

I have been involved with Rooks Entertainment for over 10 years. I receive the Tips every week.
Tips received include the top 4 for each race. Dok will often highlight or include his preferred 5 for the day.
It astounds me how regularly his top four will feature in the finishing group of a race. This really helps those betting on the exotics with quinellas and trifectas.
A standout tip over the years was the winner of the 2022 Melbourne Cup. He tipped the winner Gold Trip and even called that his stable mate Serpentine would set the pace in the race. It unfolded exactly as he tipped it.
Regarding win picks, his record speaks for itself. Dok is one of the most consistent tippers in the country.
